After the order is received, it is delivered to the contracted cargo within 1-3 working days. The products are shipped from Turkey. Shipping to countries other than Turkey is also provided, the cost of shipping abroad belongs to the customer.

 

You can return the product/products you ordered within fourteen (14) business days from the delivery date, provided that they have not been used. In order for your refund process to be initiated info@suenodesign.co if possible, you must provide information together by e-mail to the address due to the refund. After your return request, you can send the product/products unused and the packaging undamaged.

Used, broken and damaged (torn, crushed, etc.) there is no exchange and refund of the product/products. If the customer returns the product or withdraws from the purchase, the product price will be refunded within three (3) business days by checking the compliance of the returned products with the return conditions after they reach us. If the product does not comply with the return conditions, it will be sent back to your address.

 

The cost of returning the product to the credit card is made by your bank, Sueno Design Studio has no savings during this relevant period. The entire amount of the product you paid with the installment payment option will be refunded to your credit card. The refund of your refund by your bank will be paid to your card in installments.

 

If our customers refuse to receive the product they have purchased, they have the right to cancel their order by contacting us before it is delivered to the cargo.

 

If the orders created with the Free Shipping campaign are canceled/refunded and the remaining amount does not meet the campaign requirement, the shipping fee will be deducted from the price of the product to be returned.
